Shipping & Delivery
We offer shipping via UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air services for orders shipped to the lower 48 states. At checkout our shopping cart will automatically calculate applicable costs for shipping, handling, and sales tax based on the delivery address.
Our currently lead time for order processing and shipping is 10 working days.
Please note that we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO or DPO.
We do not accept international orders at this time.
Package Transit Time
UPS package transit time for domestic orders is typically 1-5 business days. However, due to the impact of Coronavirus, UPS has suspended its Service Guarantee for all shipments to any destination until further notice. Therefore, you may experience a slight delay in delivery.
Tracking Your Package
We will provide you with a tracking number for your shipment after your order has been processed. Please allow at least 24 hours for the shipment to show up in the UPS tracking system.
If you provided an incomplete or incorrect address when placing your order, please contact us immediately so that we can update the shipping details before completing your order. If your package is already in-transit, please contact your local UPS facility for assistance.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If the products in your order are damaged or lost during transit, please contact our Customer Service Team at (800) 255-1891 so that we can help you to submit a claim with UPS. Be sure to provide your order number, a description of the problem and an itemized list of damaged or lost items. If your package is damaged, please take photos of the packaging material and contents that can be emailed to us for claim documentation. It is important that you keep the packaging material and contents until the claim has been resolved by UPS.
