    The spray mop was clogged on 2nd use. The spray bottle started leaking and left white flood all over the floor. Cleaning products are great but mop is the worst. I wish there was detail instructions in the package about what and his to use mop. It’s not very clear that mop was for luster, finishes or what to use? Very disappointed with spray mop.

    this is lightweight and it does help clean the floor so that’s good. I had had surgery so I needed something that was easy to clean the floor and not be as heavy as a vacuum cleaner for a while.

    The part of the handle with the spray trigger stopped working. Now I need to buy a new spray mop, I will buy another brand. Total loss of money.

      Hi Freddy, please reach out to customer service at 800-255-1891 and we will replace your broken mop. It is important to note that you should not use our Finishes in the spray mop as it can clog the spray mechanism and cause it to malfunction.

    Liquid dispenser would not stay snapped/locked in place therefore making mop unusable. I never had a chance to even try it out. I had to return it.

    I used this with its floor cleaner products on my vinyl wood look floors, and it was easy and fast. No operating problems whatsoever, and spray was right where directed. I’d been looking for this solution for 2 years.

    The Floor Cleaner solution and the mop pad are great and do a super job on our wood floors. But the mop itself is poorly made and started falling apart soon after we received it. The part of the handle with the spray trigger came apart from the rest of the handle, and now has to be held on with duct tape! That part of the handle is too flimsy to be considered a serious floor-cleaning tool. I wish Quick Shine would come out with a heavier-duty, more dependable mop to go with their great cleaner and pads!
